Intra-oral Camera: This micro-mini camera takes digital photos of the teeth and gums. The photos are projected on a screen, allowing you to see exactly what we see - decay, cracks in teeth, excessive wear, or receding gum lines. With this knowledge, you can make educated decisions regarding your dental work.

Digital X-ray System (Dexis): This allows for instant x-rays and reduces the exposure to radiation as much as 90 percent. With digital x-rays, there are no harmful processing chemicals leaked into the environment.

Air Abrasion: This method of tooth structure removal is an effective alternative to the standard dental drill. This technology functions much like a sandblasting technique.

Triangle Sterilization Center: Created exclusively for the dental industry, this self-contained unit systematizes and facilitates the sterilization of instruments. It represents the ultimate in decontamination and infection control for patient and staff protection.

Diode Soft Tissue Laser:>The Odyssey™ Diode Laser is dentistry’s most user-friendly soft-tissue laser to date. The laser creates an intense beam of light energy that moves through a fiber optic cord. When it enters the targeted tissue, the energy is converted into heat as a result of the tissue’s pigmentation. A photo-thermal reaction occurs that results in a much localized thermal effect causing vaporization (or ablation) of this targeted tissue, with very little collateral tissue damage. Conscious Sedation: Conscious sedation creates a state of deep relaxation. All body functions remain normal and the person is able to breathe on their own.

IV Sedation: also known as Deep Conscious Sedation is usually used by Oral Surgeons and dentists with specialized training and special certification. With this type of sedation, medications are administered directly into the blood stream. The greatest advantage of IV Sedation is that if someone is not sedated enough, the doctor can administer more medication and the effects are instantaneous.

Oral Conscious Sedation: Medication is given to create a state of deep relaxation amnesia. The patient is free of anxiety, loses sense of time, and has little memory of the procedure. This is an excellent modality for an apprehensive patient for any dental procedure or a patient undergoing a surgical procedure, such as implant surgery. During the procedure the patient's electrical activity of the heart, oxygenation of the blood and blood pressure are continually monitored.

Nitrous oxide Anesthesia (laughing gas): This anesthesia is a combination of nitrous oxide and oxygen that is breathed through a nasal mask and creates a sensation of relaxation. The patient is totally aware during this procedure.

Computer Cosmetic Imaging: With special computer software, we are able to produce before and after pictures of a smile makeover. Patients are invited to "try on" their new smile before we begin dental procedures.

Computerized Periodontal Evaluation System (Florida Probe): This tool allows for the standardization of measurements between operators in gum disease detection thus identifying periodontal disease and preventing early bone loss.
